João Brandão is an online store, so all orders must be placed on the website:
· Choose your favorite products and add them to the cart.
. After adding to cart click on “Checkout”.
. Fill Shipping Details (If you just want to see shipping costs, choose the country and region. It will be calculated automatically.)
· Once you have decided on the payment method (VISA) and shipping method, you will only have to complete your purchase.
· From the moment we receive your payment, your order will be queued for 48 hours. During this period you can cancel or exchange your order.
· After 48 hours, your purchase will be sent to the production, where from this moment on it will no longer be possible to cancel or exchange your order. (Print on Demand)
· Once produced, your order is ready for shipping.
Your order is collected at our facilities and taken by our carrier to the delivery address. If you are not at home, a receipt notice will be left in the mailbox with our delivery person's contact details so that a 2nd delivery can be scheduled.

Print on demand is a production method where the order goes to the manufacturer "on demand," or when someone places an order; the manufacturer or printer prints the product, order by order. The item is only printed after it is sold, eliminating the need to maintain an inventory of printed items. My supplier is located in Riga, Latvia.

All my products can be purchased using Stripe. Extremely popular and secure payment provider. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

- Your order is ready. It is sent to the carrier and an email will be sent with your order number for you to track. It should arrive at your home within a week.

If the product is in stock, the deadlines already include production and shipping of the order. The production time must also include the initial waiting period of 48 hours.
You will be able to choose the best option for you, when you validate your purchase, right after entering your details and shipping address.
All of our orders will be sent using personalized courier services. This service guarantees coverage of the entire national territory, meeting the expected delivery dates. And if you are not at home at the time the delivery person arrives, you will be contacted by phone and a notice will be left in your mailbox to schedule a 2nd delivery.
João Brandão online store informs that it is the customer's responsibility for any error in indicating the delivery address as well as acceptance of the order. Please check that all your details and the product ordered are correct before completing your order. If possible, provide us with a contact telephone number, as it will be essential for the delivery of the order if there is no one at the delivery address.

To make an exchange, you must contact us via email and have the purchase invoice in your possession.
Print on demand (POD) businesses typically handle returns and exchanges differently than traditional retail due to the custom nature of the products. Exchanges are usually offered for defective or misprinted items, while returns are less common unless the product is damaged or significantly different from what was ordered.
However, we have a post-purchase regret policy:
- From the moment we receive your payment, your order will be queued for 48 hours. During this period you can cancel or exchange your order.
- After 48 hours, your purchase will be sent to the production, where from this moment on it will no longer be possible to cancel or exchange your order. (Print on Demand)
Key aspects of POD returns and exchanges:
- Returns are less common unless the product is damaged or significantly different from what was ordered.
- Exchanges are generally offered for issues like misprints, damaged items, or incorrect items shipped by the supplier.
- Proof of Error: Requesting proof, such as photos of damage or misprints, helps in processing claims with the supplier.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted at charge.

If the Product is lost (with no updates for more than 20 days from the courier), we will dispatch a free replacement or offer a refund. Please note that this policy does not apply to economy shipping; for economy shipping orders, the order can be identified as lost after 30 days of no updates. To initiate the process for a resend of a lost Product, please notify us of the issue within a maximum of 2 months from the date the original order was shipped out. We kindly ask to promptly report any such claims within this stipulated timeframe to expedite a resolution.

Our average fulfillment time is 2–3 working days.
For rolled posters, production generally takes about 2 working days.
Framed posters, wallpaper, and canvases usually take around 3 working days.
However, framed canvases may take 3–4 working days due to the multiple production steps involved.
Additionally, fulfillment time may vary depending on whether the order is placed in the morning or evening.

To ensure successful delivery, the End Customer must provide accurate and complete contact and shipping information. If the End Customer has provided correct and functional contact details (email and phone number) but the package cannot be delivered for reasons beyond their control, we will promptly resend the order at no additional cost.
However, if the courier is unable to contact the End Customer more than twice, or if the order is held at the courier facility for several days and then returned, we do not offer free shipping for the resend. The End Customer will need to cover the shipping costs for the second delivery, along with any additional fees, such as return shipping charges and customs duties.
If the order is damaged during return delivery, we will reprint the product at no extra cost. Please note that it is the End Customer's responsibility to track the order's shipping progress and provide any necessary details to the courier. In the case of a returned order, we will always contact our partner as soon as we receive the package to agree on the next steps.

If the order has no damages or defects, we do not offer returns due to the additional costs associated with customs duties and return shipping.

When you buy a poster at the João Brandão online store, are manufactured, packaged and shipped from the production center I chose, which is in Riga, Latvia.
From the purchasing process, through production and then delivery, orders on average take 3 to 5 business days to be shipped.
